1. How to get samples?
1) We are honored to provide you with samples. Samples will be charged twice, and customers need to pay for express delivery. The cost of a chair will be deducted from the payment of the formal order.
2) About express delivery costs: You can arrange RPI (remote pickup) services in FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT and other places to collect samples; or notify us of your DHL collection account. Then, you can pay the freight directly to the local transportation company.
2. How does your factory conduct quality control?
Quality is our lifeline! From beginning to end, we have quality control in every link of production:
1) All the raw materials we use are environmentally friendly;
2) Skilled workers will take care of every detail.
3) The quality control department is responsible for the quality inspection in each process.
3. How to prove that your chair is of good quality?
We design some professionals for different needs, such as violence test, load-bearing test, fire test, spray paint test, etc.
. 1) If you are allowed to visit our factory, you can complete the test yourself, and we will provide you with some guidance on site. Welcome to visit our factory!
2) If you want to order online, we can show you a test video before you place the order.
4. Can I customize the chair?
of course. We are a factory and can accept your customized requirements. We can print or print the hotel logo on the goods or their packaging. For the purpose of protecting patents, a letter of authorization (authorization letter) for the logo should be provided.
